Robert Rogulic provides strategic direction and management to Tri-National, Inc., as founder and CEO. Outside of work, Robert Rogulic enjoys the outdoors and hunting. A member of Ducks Unlimited and the National Rifle Association, he holds a record with the Boone and Crockett Club for shooting one of the biggest antelopes of all time.

The Boone and Crockett Club is a conservation organization that pioneered Fair Chase hunting practices. Founded in 1887, it also created a big game scoring system, which serves as the basis for its Big Game Records Program. By grading common elements found in big game, such as the length and spread of skulls and horns, the system provides an important performance measure for conservation programs and new wildlife policies across North America.

The Big Game Records Program also involves regular competitions, which play out over the course of three years, during which hunters are allowed to enter big game trophies for formal scoring by Boone and Crockett. A rewards banquet and public trophy display is held at the conclusion of each competition, with winners receiving medals and certificates.
